Terms and Conditions for direct bookings:

Tariff and Payments :

The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any Government Taxes which is applicable as per latest ruling. Tariff has No Meal Plan: Breakfast is chargeable. Payment Gateway will process all payments and refunds  for all  bookings on the website.

​Cancellation Policy

7 days and more, 5% of booking cost is cancellation fee. Less than 7 days, No refund. 100% of booking cost. Refund will be processed and reverted to the guest in 3-5 days.

Check in/ Check out :

The check in is at 1:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. On check in, passports (for foreign nationals) and an Id with photo and address (for Indian nationals) are required to be presented and must be copied for submission to Police. All other details such as address and onward location must be provided as per Government Rules.

Please inform the Front Office if you wish to retain your room (if available) beyond check out time. Up to 6:00pm, you will be charged at 50% the normal tariff. After 6:00 pm, the full normal tariff will be charged.

Occupancy Limitations:

The guests rooms are on double occupancy. Single occupancy will be charged the same as double room. Only one Extra bed is allowed in the Suite and Deluxe Rooms and not in Standard and Superior Rooms. Extra bed is chargeable at Rs.1500 + 12% tax. . Extra bed is allowed for children up to 10 years old. Only one Extra bed may be requested in the room.

Settlement of Bills : 

Room bills must be settled prior to or on check in. All other bills such as laundry and others may be settled on presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted.

Guest's Privacy  Data:

We don’t store any personal details of the guests/customers. We don’t share any personal details to third party.

Guests' Belongings:

Safe Deposit boxes are available in every room to ensure the safety of any valuable. The keys are available at the Front Office on request and must be given back on check out. Visitors are requested to lock the door of their room when going out or when going to bed and not leave the key in the key-hole. The Hotel will not, in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of residents’ goods or any other property, or for damage thereof, whether due to neglect of hotel employees or agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft and pilferage.

Hazardous Goods:

Keeping  of any article of combustible or hazardous in nature in rooms is strictly prohibited.

Damage to Property:

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by them, their friends or by any persons for whom they are responsible.

Cooking in Rooms :

Cooking of guests in the guests rooms are strictly prohibited.

Management Rights :

The Management reserved the absolute right of admission to any person into the hotel premises and to request any guests to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. The Guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the Management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the guests from the room occupied and lock the room.




NOTE: The Old Courtyard Hotel reserves the right to admission. Tariff may be revised at any time.
